Sudhir Chemburkar, (Managing Director) has a degree in Electrical Engineering from M. S. University of Baroda and had experience of 3 years in Germany and India before starting business in 1973. He is responsible for Design, Development and is overall in charge of the company.

    Dipak Kothari, (Managing Director) has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from M. S. University of Baroda and has done his M.S. (Mech) from University of Minnesota, U.S.A. He has two years experience in American Mediacl System Inc. U.S.A. and two years in Jyoti Ltd, Vadodara before starting business in 1973. He is responsible for Finance and Administration.

    Jayveersinh Jadeja, (Executive Director) has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Baroda. He has two years experience with Digitronics, Vadodara and is working with the company since 1992. He is in charge of Production and day to day working of the company.

    Viral Kothari, (Director Sales) has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. He has over 3 years of sales experience working with Kwick Sales and Service and has been working with the company since 2002. He is in charge of international sales and marketing.
